Camden Cycle Club – Club Championships Round 4: Individual Time Trial at Sydney Motorsport Park (incorporating the Trek Compass ITT Series)!
Round 4 of the Camden Cycle Club Championships takes us to the fast and flowing tarmac of Sydney Motorsport Park under lights for an Individual Time Trial! This round offers a unique opportunity to test your solo speed and pacing strategy on a dedicated motorsport circuit. Adding to the excitement, this event will run in conjunction with the Compass ITT Series, providing a larger field and an excellent atmosphere for competition. Riders will set off individually against the clock, battling for the fastest time over the designated course and earning crucial points in the Club Championship standings. Come and experience the thrill of racing against the clock on a world-class circuit!

This is a fantastic chance to challenge yourself in a pure test of individual effort and see how you measure up against both club members and participants in the Compass ITT Series. Don’t miss this exciting and potentially fast round of the Club Championships!
Round 4 of 5 – every second counts!
We will be racing the FULL GP Circuit. YOU CAN USE A TIME TRIAL OR a ROAD BIKE
On the night, line up from 6:30 p.m. at the start, as there won’t be assigned start times.
Entry through Gate A, off Ferrers Rd, with parking behind the Pit Lane garages.
5 x laps for all categories (19.3km). We will be racing the FULL GARDINER GP Circuit in the normal race direction.
Sign-on will be in the first garage of Pit Lane.
Some crucial times for you to remember for the Evening:
– Gates open at 5:30 pm. Sign on from 6:00 pm
– Racing starts at 6:30 pm for the first rider; just line up, no order needed.
– All competitors will do five laps (19.31km) of the Full GP circuit.
– You will be given a transponder. Please attach this to your front forks.
– There will be competitors starting every 30 seconds, so please take care when entering the area and give the right of way to all competitors. ALWAYS overtake on the outside.
– NO WARMING UP ON THE TRACK after 6:00 pm
We accommodate all skill levels, with multiple divisions in each round. Whether you’re a seasoned racer or new to the sport, you’ll compete against others of similar abilities.
We are thrilled to announce that we’re opening the club championships to our add-on members.
An Add-On Membership is available through AusCycling for individuals whose primary club is elsewhere but who are actively involved with our club, such as participating in group rides or living locally. This ensures members have a genuine connection to our club community. While they won’t compete for points in the series, their participation will add depth and excitement to the competition for everyone involved.
The event is open to ages U15 and over (U15 turn 13 or 14 this calendar year.)

You will get 3 points for entering each event, and the top 10 finishers in each division will get points, 1st 10 points, 2nd 9 points down to 10th 1 point in each round.
Points will be taken from your best four rounds.
