So you have eaten and drank too much over Christmas its time to bust that gut and put a big ride in.
We will meet opposite Camden Valley Inn and depart at 7:00 am (Sharp) everyone is welcome to join us.
A group will also leave Narellan Sports Hub at 6:30 am to meet everyone at Camden Valley Inn at 7 am.
For those doing the FESTIVE 500, this is a great opportunity to put some big Km’s on the board.
The ride will be a no-drop ride and will wait at the top of most climbs to re-group. The average speed is around 25-30kph. There will be 2 groups one faster than the other.
We will go from Camden to Picton Mulhollands Rd – Scroggies Rd – Barkers lodge rd to Oakdale and up to Burragorang lookout for some spectacular views, the route map can be found here. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31135427
The ride is approx 86km from Camden, for those looking for something a bit shorter and easier while still challenging yourself there is the option to turn right at the end of Fergusson Rd and head back via The Oaks, don’t forget to stop at the oaks bakery for a treat and coffee
