2026 Committee Election Information.
The 2026 Committee nominations/elections will be held online using the Election Buddy software. Your voting/nomination choices will be anonymous.
January 4th: Nominations are open. Election Buddy will email you a unique link and details on nominating members.
We will contact all nominees to see if they wish to accept the nomination
After the opening date, new members will be imported periodically and receive nomination details from Election Buddy.
February 3rd, 7 pm: Nominations close.
February 4th: Voting will open, and you will receive an email with candidates and instructions. You will have a week to vote, giving all members plenty of opportunity.
The member list will be locked at this stage. If you intend to vote and your membership has expired, you must renew before February 4th, 2026.
February 11th: Voting will close at 2:00 pm. In the event of a tie, the current committee will take a final vote.
February 11th, 7:30 pm: The annual AGM will be held online. The link will be emailed and posted to the main WhatsApp Group.
(Date to be confirmed) will be a Celebration evening. Come and meet the newly elected committee for 2026 and buy the outgoing committee a Beer or three.

- Voting will run for a week before the AGM, giving everyone a chance to vote.
- Add-on members cannot participate in the vote. Let the club know if you want to change, and we can add you.
- You must be 18 years or older to vote in the election.
- Any candidate who wins more than one position will be given the higher position at the current committee’s discretion
